How we work

Preparation

Please clear furniture before we start. Confirm the room won't be used during our visit and while the sealant dries for best results.

Step 1

We'll remove gripper rods, staples, nails, and wires, complete all estimated repairs, and discuss any unexpected issues that may add costs.

Step 2

We'll sand your floors with pro machines, reduce dust with vacuums, carefully finish edges, and clean thoroughly before the final stage.

Step 3

After sanding, we seal the floor to protect it. Multiple coats ensure durability. Wait 6 hours before moving heavy furniture back.

Maintenance

Maintain your floor with a damp cloth and mild products. Avoid excess water or polish, and always dry thoroughly to ensure safety.
